  • chopped celery - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 1 item
  • chopped onions - 1 item
  • olive or cooking oil - 1 item
  • or 2 eggs - 1 item
  • chopped ham optional - 1 item
  • cold, cooked rice - 1 item
  • mushrooms optional - 1 item
  • bacon, crumbled optional - 1 item

How to make fried rice:

Pour oil in skillet; add green or dry chopped onions and celery. Stir a few minutes. Add cold rice and sprinkle with soy sauce until light brown. Stir about 3 minutes. Push rice to sides or 1 side and break egg or eggs into pan. Cook while stirring with fork. When eggs are set, mix all together. Add other choices.
