Fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
- slices bacon, cooked crisp - 8 item
How to make fried rice:
Heat oil; add rice, mushrooms, onion and soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes. Add meat and egg. Stir and cook 5 minutes over low heat. May substitute ham, shrimp, lean beef strips, etc.Note: Usually double mixture for family-size serving.
