Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- sticks celery - 6 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 item
- Good Seasons Italian dressing - 8 oz
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- large carrots - 2 item
- cucumbers - 4 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Chop cauliflower, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, onion, carrots and green pepper in bite-size pieces. Sprinkle salt on vegetables. Mix well and let set 30 minutes. Rinse well. Put on dressing and garlic powder. Keeps well in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
