- lemon juice - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- sliced green pepper optional - 1 item
- head of cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- small amount of margarine or bacon drippings - 1 item
How to make fried cabbage:
Use a small amount of margarine or bacon drippings in a nonstick skillet. Add shredded cabbage, sliced onion and, if desired, sliced green pepper. Fry, stirring well, until slightly browned and tender. Add a little lemon juice and soy sauce.
