Fresh vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 2
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- small broccoli florets - 1 c
- chopped green peppers - 1/2 c
- fresh mushrooms, chopped - 2 c
How to make fresh vegetable pizza:
Heat oven to 375°. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Press over and 1-inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.Combine sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Cut into appetizer-size pieces. Store in refrigerator. Makes 60 appetizers.
