Fresh vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- chopped green onion - 1/2 c
- mushrooms - 2 c
- horseradish - 1 2
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- broccoli florets - 1 c
- cans crescent rolls - 2 oz
How to make fresh vegetable pizza:
Heat oven to 375°. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides. Seal perforations. Bake 14 to 19 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.Blend sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spread over crust. Top with remaining ingredients.
