Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- coconut
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- whole eggs - 2 item
How to make french coconut pie:
Mix all together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Start in a slow 250° oven. Increase to 350° after filling sets around the edge. Bake for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
