  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 6 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder
  • egg - 1 item
  • all-purpose flour - 1 1/2
  • Crisco - 1/3 c

How to make french breakfast muffins:

Mix the first 8 ingredients. Lightly grease muffin pan. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Melt the butter. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. After removing from oven, dip the top of the muffins in butter and then into cinnam
