Four layer delight
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- 2 small pkg
- 1 stick butter, melted - 1/2 c
- 2 small tubs Cool Whip - 16 oz
- Add butter, stirring until well blended
How to make four layer delight:
Mix together flour and pecans. Add butter, stirring until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.Bake at 350° approximately 30 minutes, until brown. Cool.
(This is layer one.)Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar16 oz. (2 small tubs) Cool Whip6 1/2 oz. (2 small pkg.) instant pudding, chocolate3 c. milk nuts, chopped Layer two. Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounces (1 tub) Cool Whip (2nd tub will be used later). Spread over first layer.
Layer three. Mix together chocolate pudding and milk. Pour over second layer.
Layer four. Spread 8 ounces (2nd tub) Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with nuts.
