Four layer chocolate dessert
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- cold milk
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 12 oz
How to make four layer chocolate dessert:
First Layer: Mix melted oleo, flour and sugar. Add pecans; mix well. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes or until lightly brown and cool.Second Layer: Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Third Layer: Mix pudding mix and milk as directed on package. Spread on cream cheese mixture.
Fourth Layer: Spread remainder of Cool Whip over pudding layer. Garnish with chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated.
