Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- warm water - 2 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
- tepid water - 1/4 c
- warm milk
- oil any kind - 1/2 c
- flour more if needed - 6 c
- cake yeast or 2 dry packets - 1 sq
- butter melted in the milk - 1/4 lb
How to make focaccia:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Blend thoroughly remaining ingredients. Add yeast mixture to blended ingredients. Blend in well. Pour into two greased 5 x 9-inch pans. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Bake at 300° to 325° for approximately 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Flat Shaped breads, Italian.
