Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
How to make fluffy white frosting:
In saucepan, combine sugar, water and cream of tartar. Bring to a boil, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Slowly add sugar syrup to egg whites in a mixer bowl, beating constantly, with electric mixer about 7 minutes or until it forms stiff peaks.
