  • butter - 3/4 c
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • blackberry jam - 1 c
  • each: soda, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg - 1 tsp

How to make jam cake:

Icing:2 c. sugar1/2 c. milk Let boil about 7 minutes; remove and cool enough to spread. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla.
