Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• butter - 1 c
• water
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 2 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• vinegar - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• egg whites - 2 item
• cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
• red food coloring - 1/4 c
• Add eggs

How to make red velvet cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix food coloring and cocoa. Add to sugar and butter mixture. Add buttermilk and vanilla with flour and salt. In a small bowl mix vinegar and soda together; fold into other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 35 minut
