Ingredients/Components
- salt
- butter - 2/3 c
- water
- cream - 1/2 pt
- chopped celery - 1 c
- large potatoes - 6 item
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onions - 2 item
- parsley to taste - 1 item
- haddock - 2 lb
- cans whole tomatoes - 2 oz
How to make fish chowder:
Cut fish into cubes. Dice potatoes. Chop onions. Add parsley and tomatoes. Put these ingredients into a pot with the water. Add the salt and pepper. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate overRecipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Cod.
