Ingredients/Components

  • salt
  • butter - 2/3 c
  • water
  • cream - 1/2 pt
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • large potatoes - 6 item
  • ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • onions - 2 item
  • parsley to taste - 1 item
  • haddock - 2 lb
  • cans whole tomatoes - 2 oz

How to make fish chowder:

Cut fish into cubes. Dice potatoes. Chop onions. Add parsley and tomatoes. Put these ingredients into a pot with the water. Add the salt and pepper. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate over
