Minestrone soup
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- cooked pasta - 2 c
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- can garbanzo beans - 1 oz
- cans beef broth - 3 oz
- frozen mixed vegetables
- can V-8 juice - 1 oz
- fresh torn spinach - 2 c
- can Italian tomato paste - 1 oz
- fresh Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make minestrone soup:
Bring to a boil all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight. Reheat. Add pasta and cheese.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Italian.
