  • whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces - 2 item

  • uncooked vermicelli, broken into 2-inch lengths - 1/3 c

How to make italian chicken soup:

In saucepan, stir-fry the chicken pieces in the oil until lightly browned. Add onion, celery and garlic and cook until crisp-tender. Stir in basil, pepper, broth and tomatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in corn and vermicel
