- chunky salsa - 1/2 c
- uncooked instant rice Minute rice - 2 c
How to make fiesta rice:
Heat the can of chicken broth, water and salsa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the uncooked instant rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pasta, White rice.
