Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- can crescent rolls - 1 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- ground sirloin
- refried beans - 1 c
- chunky salsa - 1/2 c
- Monterey Jack, shredded - 4 oz
- crushed Fritos
- can green chilies optional - 4 oz
How to make taco pie:
Spread crescent rolls over bottom of 10-inch pie pan to form crust. Cook ground sirloin. Add taco seasoning, salsa, water and green chilies; simmer. Spread refried beans over bottom of pie. Sprinkle 1 cup Fritos over beans. Spread meat mixture over chips. Spread 8 ounces sour cream over meat. Cover with cheeses and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Fritos on top.
