Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- uncooked fettuccine noodles - 8 oz
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook fettuccine noodles, drain and place aside. Combine butter and whipping cream in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter melts. Stir in cheese, pepper and parsley. Pour mixture over hot fettuccine and toss. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Condiments, etc..
