Favorite pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- broken pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten one at a time - 2 item
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell
How to make favorite pecan pie:
Mix sugar and flour. Stir in light brown sugar. Mix in evaporated milk, broken pecans, salt, well beaten eggs (one at a time) and vanilla. Have pie shell ready; pour filling into crust. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until firm. Be sure pie is firm to touch around the edge, but slightly soft in center.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
