Favorite pecan pie



  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • broken pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten one at a time - 2 item
  • vanilla - 3/4 tsp
  • 9-inch pie shell

How to make favorite pecan pie:

Mix sugar and flour. Stir in light brown sugar. Mix in evaporated milk, broken pecans, salt, well beaten eggs (one at a time) and vanilla. Have pie shell ready; pour filling into crust. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until firm. Be sure pie is firm to touch around the edge, but slightly soft in center.
