  • water - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • active dry yeast - 2 pkg

How to make english muffin loaves:

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda. Set aside. Combine milk and water in a medium saucepan and heat to 120°. Add this to flour mixture gradually, beating until batter is smooth. Gradually add the remaining flour
