Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- unsifted flour - 5 c
- cornmeal - 1 item
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
How to make english muffin loaves:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Heat liquids to 120°. Add to dry mixture. Spoon into 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2) pans, greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Cover and let rise in warm place 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Low fat, Yeast breads.
