Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pkg
  • water - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • taco sauce - 1 pkg
  • flour tortillas - 12 item
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • boneless chicken - 2 lb
  • large and 1 small can salsa - 1 item

How to make enchiladas:

Cook chicken after slicing it into small pieces. Add onions, salt, pepper, taco sauce and water. Heat sauce and chicken soup. Dip tortillas in hot sauce. Place 2 tablespoons meat mixture and a little cheese in tortilla. Roll up and put in baking dish. Cover the rolled up tortillas with remaining hot sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese over top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 250°.
