Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pkg
- water - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- taco sauce - 1 pkg
- flour tortillas - 12 item
- grated mild Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- boneless chicken - 2 lb
- large and 1 small can salsa - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
Cook chicken after slicing it into small pieces. Add onions, salt, pepper, taco sauce and water. Heat sauce and chicken soup. Dip tortillas in hot sauce. Place 2 tablespoons meat mixture and a little cheese in tortilla. Roll up and put in baking dish. Cover the rolled up tortillas with remaining hot sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese over top.
