Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- curry powder - 3/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut up - 4 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 1/2
- bag Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing mix - 1 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to directions on package and drain. Put in greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish. Put chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle herbed seasoned stuffing mix and cheese over the soup mixture. Bake for 30 minutes on 350° or until fully heated.
