- melted margarine
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 3 lb
- milk or buttermilk - 1 c
- can Veg-All vegetables - 1 item
- boiled eggs optional - 3 item
How to make chicken pie:
Crust:1 c. melted margarine1 c. milk or buttermilk1 c. self-rising flour Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish and mix all other ingredients together. Pour over chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.Make crust mixture and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
