- warm water - 2 c
- Crisco oil - 1/4 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
How to make elephant ears:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add other ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator. Flatten out with hand to the size of a pancake and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
