- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped ham - 1/2 c
- tomato slices - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1/4 c
- jalapeno pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped green pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make egg omelette:
Saut?© green peppers, onions and jalapeno peppers in skillet sprayed with Pam. Add ham. Pour in stirred eggs, milk and cheese. Cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tomato slices.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Pakistani.
