Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 1 qt
- eggs, separated - 12 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- all-purpose cream, whipped - 1 qt
How to make egg nog:
Separate eggs. Beat yolks until light. Beat in sugar; slowly stir in milk. Then stir in whipped cream. Just before serving, stir in stiffly beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 20.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Holiday, Drinks.
