- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can chopped mushrooms - 1 oz
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
- roll cheese with garlic - 1 (6
- stick melted butter, divided - 1/2 item
How to make broccoli-cheese casserole:
Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Combine onion, soup, mushrooms, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, almonds and broccoli. Mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Combine stuffing mix and 1/4 cup butter. Spoon over broccoli mixture. Bake at 3Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Broccoli.
