Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 1 pt
- rum - 1 oz
- cream, whipped - 1 pt
- whiskey optional - 1 pt
How to make egg nog:
Beat yolks and whites separately. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks while beating. Add 1/4 cup sugar to whites after beaten stiff. Mix yolks and whites, add milk, whipped cream, whiskey and rum. Let set for at least 2 hours. Stir before serving.Serving Tip: Top with nutmeg while setting.
