How to make cheese puffs:
Melt cream cheese, Cheddar and margarine until smooth. Fold small amount of hot cheese into egg whites. Fold into remaining cheese mixture. Spear cube of bread and dip, coating all sides. Place 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze (can freeze 2 months). Put in bag after frozen. Uncover.
