Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- cooking oil - 3 Tbsp
- bean sprouts - 1 c
- finely chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms fresh - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced water chestnuts - 3 Tbsp
- cooked, chopped shrimp - 1 c
How to make egg foo yong:
Beat eggs well. Add shrimp and vegetables; mix thoroughly. Heat oil in skillet. Place about 1/4 cup egg mixture in oil; brown lightly on each side. Serve with sweet-sour sauce and soy sauce and sprinkle with green onions.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Beef.
