  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bean sprouts, drained - 1 c
  • cooked meat/fish, slivered - 1 c
  • butter to cook with - 1 item
  • Put 1/2 cup mixture in hot buttered skillet; cook until set and flip over to cook other side

How to make egg foo yong:

Combine eggs and other ingredients. Put 1/2 cup mixture in hot buttered skillet; cook until set and flip over to cook other side. Place on Earthen Ware dish with heaping mound of rice. Serve with Chinese Brown Gravy.Chinese Brown Gravy:1 c. water1 Tbsp. oil1 Tbsp. cornstarch3 Tbsp. soy sauce Combine and cook until thick. Pour on Foo Yong and sprinkle with parsley.
