Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- bean sprouts, drained - 1 c
- cooked meat/fish, slivered - 1 c
- butter to cook with - 1 item
- Put 1/2 cup mixture in hot buttered skillet; cook until set and flip over to cook other side
How to make egg foo yong:
Combine eggs and other ingredients. Put 1/2 cup mixture in hot buttered skillet; cook until set and flip over to cook other side. Place on Earthen Ware dish with heaping mound of rice. Serve with Chinese Brown Gravy.Chinese Brown Gravy:1 c. water1 Tbsp. oil1 Tbsp. cornstarch3 Tbsp. soy sauce Combine and cook until thick.
