  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make egg custard pie:

Slightly beat eggs. Add sugar, milk (substitute part with half and half or evaporated milk). Add vanilla and salt. Put in crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300° and bake until firm or when knif
