Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- hot water - 1 c
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- ReaLemon
- graham crackers 1/4 box, mashed fine - 1 pkg
- can chilled milk or Milnot - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add lemon juice. Cool until partly set (about like egg white). Cream the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar; mix until fluffy. Mix graham crackers with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix well. Set aside 3/4 cup crumbs for topping. Press rest of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Whip milk until very stiff. Slowly add jello mixture. Beat well. Add cheese mixture and beat 2 minutes at 1/2 speed. Pour into cracker shell and top with reserved crumbs; chill several hours.In memory of Lun LaFollette.
