Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- salt few grains - 1 item
How to make never fail meringue:
Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Continue beating while slowly pouring cooked mixture into egg whites. Beat 5 minutes. CoverRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
