Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 12 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
  • mushrooms - 4 oz
  • Bisquick mix
  • browned sausage - 1 lb

How to make egg casserole:

Layer sausage, mushrooms, cheese and onions in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
