- eggs - 12 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
- mushrooms - 4 oz
- Bisquick mix
- browned sausage - 1 lb
How to make egg casserole:
Layer sausage, mushrooms, cheese and onions in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
