Impossible lasagne pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- Bisquick mix - 2/3 c
- small can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- carton Ricotta cheese - 1 oz
How to make impossible lasagne pie:
Brown beef and onions; drain. Add seasoning, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Mix well. Spoon into casserole dish, 1/2 of meat mixture. On top of this, layer Ricotta cheese. Layer remaining meat mixture. Blend last 5 ingredients in blender for 15 seconds. Pour over top. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
