Pasghetti pizza
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- oregano
- hamburger - 1/2 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 3 c
- In large sauce pot, cook according to package directions
- mushrooms as many as desired - 1 item
How to make pasghetti pizza:
Break spaghetti into 2-inch pieces. In large sauce pot, cook according to package directions. Drain and cool. Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, beat eggs lightly; stir in milk and add one cup Mozzarella cheese, onion, garlic powder and salt. Add cooled spaghetti and stir until thoroughly combined. Grease a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan and spread the spaghetti in the pan. Bake for 15 minutes; remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350°. Add toppings.Topping:2 (15 to 16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce1/2 lb. hamburger1 1/2 tsp. oregano3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni mushrooms (as many as desired) Cook and drain hamburger; mix in spaghetti sauce and spread over baked spaghetti evenly. Sprinkle with oregano, then spread 3 cups Mozzarella cheese. Top with pepperoni slices and mushrooms. Return to oven and bake 30 minutes.
