Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 12 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- pinch of pepper - 1 item
- ham, diced - 2 c
- cheese, diced - 1 lb
- to 7 eggs - 6 item
How to make egg breakfast casserole:
Place bread cubes in a greased pan. Add a layer of cheese and a layer of ham. Pour melted margarine over all. Blend eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard and pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. In morning, bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Cheese.
