Cocoa-cola cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• cocoa - 3 Tbsp
• Coca-Cola - 1/2 c
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• powdered sugar - 4 c
• miniature marshmallows
• soft margarine - 1 c
• toasted chopped pecans - 1 c
• cola - 1/3 c
• Blend at low speed of mixer

How to make cocoa-cola cake:

Combine all ingredients, except cola and marshmallows in large bowl. Blend at low speed of mixer. Beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Add cola and blend. Stir in marshmallows. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Cola Icing:1/2 c. soft margarine1/3 c. cola1 c. toasted chopped pecans3 Tbsp. cocoa4 c. powdered sugar Combine all ingredients, except pecans and beat until smooth. Add pecans. Spread on cake.
