Pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- whole eggs, beaten - 3 item
- 9-inch pie crust unbaked - 1 item
- pecan halves unbaked - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.Note: Eric Kitchenman (our drill writer) requires one of these every time he comes to Indiana!!
