Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 16 oz
- corn flakes - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- chopped onion optional - 1 item
- Velveeta, cubed - 2 c
How to make easy scalloped potatoes:
Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup together. Add thawed potatoes and onion. Mix well. Add Velveeta and mix again. Pour into well greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top evenly with corn flakes.
