Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- 3 c - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- eggs lightly beaten - 2 item
- Japanese Bread crumbs or substitute fat-free Premium saltine crackers, finely crushed - 1/3 c
How to make easy crab cakes:
Combine egg with bread crumbs, mustard and mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Fold in crab meat and shape into cakes. Coat with additional crumbs and refrigerate for one hour or until ready to cook.
