Easy crab bisque
Ingredients/Components
- light cream - 1 c
- sherry - 1/4 c
- crab meat - 1 lb
- chopped chives for garnish - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- 1/2 soup cans milk - 1 item
- can asparagus soup - 1 item
- Old Bay seafood seasoning - 1/4 tsp
How to make easy crab bisque:
Combine soups, milk, cream and seafood seasoning. Add crabmeat gently; do not break up too much. Heat to just below boiling. Add sherry just before serving. Garnish with chives.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Crab.
