Easy crab bisque
Ingredients/Components
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chopped chives - 1 item
- seafood seasoning - 1/4 tsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- crabmeat, flaked - 1 c
- soup cans of water - 2 item
- can asparagus soup - 1 item
- light cream or nondairy creamer for low fat - 2 c
How to make easy crab bisque:
Combine the two soups, milk, cream and seafood seasoning. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally. Add crabmeat; heat to just below the boiling point. Add salt to taste. Just before serving, top with chives.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Crab.
