Easy coconut cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 item
- coconut - 1 item
- oil - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- large tub of Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make easy coconut cake:
Using yellow cake mix, follow directions on box. Add coconut flavoring to mix. Bake in 9 inch x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees.Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Immediately upon removing cake from oven, punch holes in hot cake with spoon handle. Pour hot liquid all over cake. Cool. Spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate. Serves 12 - 15.
