Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- pie shell, baked - 1 item
How to make lemon pie:
Beat slowly the milk, egg yolks and lemon juice. Wash beaters. Now, beat the egg whites slowly, adding 2 tablespoons of sugar per egg white. Pour lemon mixture into baked pie shell. Top with egg white mixture. Brown in 400° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
