  • cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
  • unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
  • pumpkin 16 oz - 2 c

How to make pumpkin pie:

In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients; pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. This pie freezes well.
